Very good but not the best as I would expect for the price paid.

It was clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station.

Road work near to the hotel made it more challenging to get there. It was located close to the main attractions but there were other closer alternatives.

Great location, helpful staff, extremely comfortable bed , wonderful shower pressure, treats

There was some construction going on, but the staff provided us with early plugs to help us with sleep

Very Good

Great location close to the train station & a short walk from restaurants, bars & chocolate. Chocolate on the bed when we arrived was a great touch. The lobby smelled amazing and I wished they would pipe the smell through the whole hotel! Front desk staff gave us a map and recommendations & were very sweet. Accommodations in the room included slippers & nespresso machine which I really appreciated!

It was a little noisy outside late at night lots of sirens & city noise

A heads up about road works around the area would have made locating the hotel easier. Difficult to find Reception entrance.

Great location - quiet area in the centre of the city

Accommodating staff. They let us store our luggage because it was too early to check in. The luggage room is locked and our luggages were tagged for extra security. They also let us store our luggage with them after we checked out so we can explore the city some more before our flight. The room itself is spacious. It's more like a suite with lounge room and bedroom. But they filled the "lounge " room with a huge bed instead and the other bed is in the "bedroom ". Thus making it available as a family room. The toilet is in an adjoining but separate room from the shower/sink with separate entrances. Pros: One can do business while someone is in the shower. Con: Inconvenient bcs we have to get out and transfer to the shower room to wash our hands after doing our business. Robes and terry cloth slippers provided. Toiletries also provided but they come in big sizes. We didn't use them. Overall, we would still book this hotel next time we're in Brussels.

Great beds, good breakfast, quiet rooms. Clean and good bathroom.

A bit too pricy for the comfort, no reimbursement possible in case of schedule changes.

Great stay! I would not only recommend this to other travellers but I would stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. First we were greeted at the Front Desk by Jean Marc (I apologize if I got the name wrong) . Just checking in he was very warm in his greeting and excited to see us. Even though there were other people waiting to check in, he too the time and told us how to get around to the Grand Place and the Cathedral de Saint Michel. The room was great. There was a welcome note with chocolates welcoming us to the property. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Typical of a 4star hotel. It's just a 15 minute walk to the main attractions in Brussels.

Although not really a complaint, but the restaurant hours could be expanded. Breakfast doesn't start until 9:00 AM. Some of us like to get an early start of the day to really soak in what Brussels had to offer.

Location was excellent for us, the staff is super helpful and nice, the room was big enough and well maintained.

Electric socket near the bed hardly worked, not practical at all.

I enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a good location and clean. It’s a little expensive.

Location was very good

Not able to cope with some food requests due to kitchen staff shortages. The staff did try their best to meet our request though

Until now it is the best one during my traveling to Europe. All details manage well, Clean room, good position, service is also good. If breakfast add more various of items then it will be better.

Fantastic city hotel with beautiful rooms

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous from the reception and living area to the rooms which were stunning and so comfortable. The location is great and we could walk to everywhere central. Hotel staff were great and were very accommodating.

Welcoming Comfort in Central Brussels

Loved the Pillows hotel in Brussels. I had a disrupted travel day and had to make a very late reservation. I had loved staying at the Pillows in Ghent a year earlier, so when I discovered there was a Pillows in Brussels, and it had availability, I jumped. I was not disappointed! Super comfortable and well-appointed room, amazing breakfast, and the loveliest and friendliest staff. Very close to train station. I very highly recommend!

Super location, very clean, tasty breakfast and comfy beds. Perfect!

Very clean and in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the central station. Our room was available from 12pm which was a bonus and the breakfast was beautiful.
